REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee. Registration fee covers lectures, digital syllabus, digital slides and access to the virtual event recording.

Online Registration closes on July 17. Registration will be available at the hotel at 7:30am on July 19th.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CME Certificates are issued online after completing the Speaker Evaluations and the Overall Survey. Your email address will be required for login. A link to the login page will be available at sandiegoheartfailure.com on the first day of the meeting. Surveys must be completed by August 12, 2024.
