REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee. Registration fee covers lectures, digital syllabus, digital slides, Friday Evening Reception and 90 day access to the recordings of the live streamed sessions. Breakfast Sessions (Fri & Sat) and Lunch Sessions (Thur, Fri & Sat) are also included with registration (non-cme).

Online Registration closes on July 8th. Registration will be available at the hotel at 12:00pm on July 9th.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CME Certificates are issued online after completing the Speaker Evaluations and the Overall Survey. Your email address will be required for login. A link to the log in page will be available at sandiegoheartfailure.com (select Summer Symposium) on the first day of the meeting. Surveys must be completed by August 3, 2026.
