Registration includes access to all sessions and product theatres, lunches, syllabus and speaker slides (downloads), CME Credits/Certificate and 90 day access to post-symposium on-demand general session recordings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CME Certificates are issued online after completing the Speaker Evaluations and
the Overall Survey.
Your email address will be required for login to the Conference Event website. A link to the login page will be available at SanDiegoHeartFailure.com (select January Winter Meeting) on Thursday, January 16. Surveys must be completed by February 10, 2025.
OPTIONAL INDUSTRY SESSIONS (included with registration, subject to change)
On Friday and Saturday there are Product Theatre presentations being planned. These optional sessions are included with your registration fee. CME is NOT available for for these sessions.
